- Minimum Experience : 1 - 3 Years as all rounder chef / executive chef

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and innovate menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and staying abreast of culinary trends.
- Manage kitchen operations, budgeting, and cost control to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate pricing.
- Implement and maintain standardized recipes and cooking techniques.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering creativity and skill development.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Culinary degree or relevant certifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative and appealing menus.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and a passion for the culinary arts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
