What You’ll Do:

- Manage admin tasks for UK-based properties
- Update & track records using Excel
- Assist with rent follow-ups, tenancy updates, and maintenance tracking
- Keep property documents organized and up to date
- Help with renewals, check-ins, and inventory logs

What You Need:

- Solid knowledge of Excel (Formulas, Cleaning Data, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Good English Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle routine admin work
- Any experience in property admin is a big plus
- Willingness to align with UK working hours

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Commerce**, **Real Estate**, or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in **administrative support**, **property management**, or **real estate back-office work** (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** is a must
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Comfortable working with international teams and time zones
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
