Job Role: Accounts & Admin Executive

We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and reporting using Zoho Books. The role also includes client coordination for billing clarifications, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation — ideal for someone who enjoys both accounting precision and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Zoho Books.
- Handle GST filings, TDS, and bank reconciliation activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries.
- Handle petty cash management, expense tracking and reimbursement settlements.
- Maintain vendor and client ledgers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with clients for billing queries, settlements, and follow-ups. Support monthly closing, audit documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and billing support.
- Ensure all accounting data is up-to-date and compliant with standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills for client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: B. Com or equivalent.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Zoho Books (preferred) | MS Excel | Knowledge of: GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
