Overview: The Accounts cum Admin Executive plays a critical role in managing the financial and administrative functions within the organization. This position is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day accounting tasks and office administration. The Accounts cum Admin Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the management team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable tasksPrepare financial statements and reportsHandle bank reconciliations and cash flow managementProcess vendor and client invoicesAssist in budgeting and financial planningAdminister office administrative duties such as managing correspondence, organizing office operations, and maintaining office suppliesCoordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsAssist in HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist in the organization and execution of company events and activitiesProvide general support to the management teamManage office communication and correspondenceAssist with basic IT support and coordination with external vendorsHandle basic facility management tasksAssist in the implementation of administrative systems and processesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience (2-3 years) in accounting and administrative rolesProficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly ExcelStrong understanding of financial principles and practicesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of HR processes and practices is a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationFamiliarity with basic IT troubleshooting and office equipment managementProactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiativeStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentUnderstanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
