Pm/pmo - Capital Market / Investment Banking Domain

**Role description**:

- Band : 3-5 years of experience in delivering projects independently as PM/PMO (Overall experience could be more)
- The above projects need to be with investment banking firms
- Good communication skills i.e. articulation and command over language
- Experience in working with Senior Stakeholders (ED/MD and above)
- Understanding of capital markets and basic knowledge of financial products like Derivatives, Bonds, Loans, Equity, FX etc
- Preferred experience would be in Libor project/Finance Architecture delivery, if not atleast global regulatory projects

**Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required**:
 Experience in working on large cross-functional regulatory initiatives with the ability to be flexible and
adaptable to a changing environment.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to converse with global stakeholders and senior
management.
 Ability to work under limited supervision ('self-starter') in unstructured environments
 A sound understanding of the project life cycle.
 Attention to detail and high quality standards relating to documentation, processes and the control
environment.
 Initiative and ability to think laterally.
 Very strong attention to detail.
 Competent in MS Office products
