Capco is looking for hardworking, innovative and creative people to join our Team. We are looking for BA-PM to work on all aspects of project delivery engaging complex stakeholder groups across multiple global regions/product lines to execute global change programs in the Investment Banking domain. This includes business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, driving technical design and specifications in partnership with IT, functional test strategizing and execution, and user acceptance testing coordination. Must possess strong relationship management skills and be able to manage requirements and testing across Ops and IT teams both cross-division and globally. The role is focused on projects to support the development of regulatory/industry-driven changes.

**Role Description**
- Work as a central PMO on large scale Transformation and strategic programme with a strong governance skill to manage multiple workstreams and maintain a robust control checks over the reporting structure and standardize management approach of the program.
- Ensured RAID logs are updated on regular basis by liaising with PMs and workstreams leads.
- Standardise the reporting templates and steer committee decks to bring uniformity and structured way of presentation.
- Ensure accurate reporting of project’s progress through RAG status and project milestones, with timely updates.
- Ensured Change Requests are regularised and monitored by PMs as per schedule/ process/ cost discussed.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and the team members to ensure a smooth workflow, timely reporting and maintain efficient RACI matrix.
- Enabling programme governance using JIRA, Confluence, Scrum Boards and performing checks across programme for adherence
- Preparing Steering Committee packs and project delivery packs for Management attention
- Hands-on experience in Status report, Resource allocation, Change Requests, RAID logs, and extraction of various delivery project reports while maintaining the data hygiene at programme level.
- Creating Status Reports, RACI Matrix, and other PM artefacts and coordinating with various stakeholders for updates.
