**Job Description**:
Our client company is an FMCG Group Co. with HQ in Ahmedabad. It has had a presence in the tea business since 1892. The group is a leading stride in tea exports and retail consumers all over the world. The Group enjoys an undisputed market presence in Pan India and is 3rd largest packaged tea company.
- Responsible for Admin and Security Functions and supervision and implementation at all branch offices and head offices.
- Responsible for supervising housekeeping activities, building maintenance including building repairs, electrical work, AC, lifts, generators, water purifiers, furniture work, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and sanitization, pest control, gardening work, canteen, and guesthouse management
- Responsible for effective liasoning & coordinating with outside vendors/agencies and internally within the organization with concerned departments to see smooth functioning.
- Responsible for providing necessary admin and security support for various events or functions organized in the organization.
- Responsible for overall Security, CCTV monitoring of all locations, and Fire safety at all locations of the organization.
- Selection of security personnel as per standards & deployment at respective locations based on requisite skill set.
- Imparting training to security personnel related to security, Fire Safety, Fire NOC, Emergency Response procedure, discipline, and documentation and conducting regular fire and safety drills.
- Design and implement the system that will best fit the organization and prevent any unlawful activities, thefts, unauthorized grouping, damages to the company's property, etc, and investigation in case of any.
- Visit all locations of companies/warehouses/go-down/ retail outlets etc at regular intervals including night visits for vigilance & submit the detailed report with corrective actions.
- To manage all Admin & Security vendor agreements, payment, and relationship management.
- To propose and maintain Admin & Security MIS reports and budgets.
- Liasoning with local authorities for ensuring smoothen functioning of security and safety functions across the company.
- Any other assignment was given by management from time to time as per the company's requirement
