We are currently seeking a Security Center Operations Advisorto join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India

L2 support for SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk PAM, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. The key goals include:
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents assigned/escalated from service desk / Level 1 team

Level 2 support and incident management

Serve as the primary contact for business communications during major/critical incidents

Operate with in established support framework to ensure process adherence

Collaborate with both business and Level 3 teams to resolve critical issues effectively

P1/P2 Incident acknowledgement and escalate to 3rd Level Support team

Initial analysis and resolve SailPoint JML reported issues if needed escalate to Level 3 support team

Assist Level 1 and Level 3 support team's wherever applicable/needed

Provide regular operational reports on incidents, issues, service requests, and performance metrics.

Pro-active monitoring and health check

Reporting

Respond to alerts and Incident management

Pro-active monitoring and health check

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, if needed escalate to L3 Support

P1/P2 tickets acknowledgement and escalate to L3 support

Weekly or monthly reports on incidents, requests, and status of tickets or activities/SLA

Details on all incidents managed, including resolution times, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions

Assist Ad-hoc report support

Use the CyberArk PAM and SailPoint system's built-in reporting functionality to generate the reports
