Business Analyst to join our team in India The ideal candidate is a self-driven and detailed-oriented professional who will successfully work alongside our leadership team to support strategic projects across the Insurance organization This role is based in Hyderabad Bangalore or Chennai The Business Analyst needs to position themselves as a business partner within the senior leadership team operating across the enterprise and focused on providing leadership and support on our existing and future projects The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience preferable with a technology background This individual will work with a matrixed team comprised of functional and technical subject matter experts Applications Business Consulting BPO Digital Infrastructure Cloud Security Data Analytics Sales and Client Executives engaged in delivering value-added solutions while integrating business strategy with enabling technologies and process optimization that deliver targeted business outcomes Responsibilities Track and work on high-priority initiatives for the Insurance Leadership team Lead cross-functional initiatives facilitate special projects and ensure action items are executed on time and effectively Conduct research prepare reports and presentations and gather data to support decision-making processes with the leadership team other practices partners and third party services providers Serve as liaison with key stakeholders across the organization regarding project updates proposals business plans strategic planning and execution Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business administration finance operations or a related field 5 years of experience in project management or business analyst type role preferably with emerging technologies or start-ups Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to evolving and shifting priorities and make quick decisions Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint project management and reporting tools Ability to interface and successfully influence senior executives by being a business partner and trusted advisor who can operate across the
