We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- Responsible for requirements gathering, analysis and project implementation and monitoring for IT solutions within the healthcare payer industry with Medicare knowledge.
- Creation of Business Case and supporting Cost Benefit Analysis
- Must have experience in creating use cases and knowledge in Salesforce.
- Responsible for the Status Reporting in Initiate Phase
- Facilitate the requirements sessions and documented the business requirements
- Creation of Unified Modeling Language(UML) diagrams and context diagrams to define the scope of the project at the Business Level
- Responsible for Business Requirement Document (BRD) completion, including meeting facilitation and securing approvals
- Responsible for creation and approval of Use Cases
- Responsible for presentation of Business Case and BRD at Enterprise Design Review Committee and Estimation (typically done in conjunction with Enterprise Architect presentation of Solution architecture recommendations)
- Utilize the Business Analysis tools to provide solutions to the business to derive the project scope.
- Creation of Cost Benefit Analysis(CBA) to define the budget of the project
- Work in conjunction with the Enterprise Architect to build the solutions for the project at the enterprise level
- Work with the group and business Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) to ensure appropriate functional and non-functional use case requirements
- Work with Quality Assurance Lead and Business SMEs, as needed, to help determine the business acceptance criteria.
- Produce Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and utilize ALM tool for requirements mapping
