**Job Description: Marketing Executive - Solar Energy**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Marketing Executive** to join our solar energy team. The role involves building brand awareness, generating leads, and creating impactful campaigns that highlight the benefits of renewable energy. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to position our solar solutions as the smart choice for businesses and homeowners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services.
- Create engaging content — blogs, case studies, brochures, videos, and social posts.
- Organize and manage on-ground events, exhibitions, and customer awareness drives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design lead-generation campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build partnerships with industry stakeholders and influencers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in renewable energy or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative campaigns.
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
