Our 1500 sq. ft. modular studio space is equipped to handle everything from podcasting and cooking videos to e-commerce product shoots. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We require sales executive who have the ability to sells advertising space and solutions across various media platforms, such as digital, print, television, and radio, to businesses and advertisers. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing tailored advertising campaigns, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and working with internal teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns. Key skills for a media sales executive include strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities, a deep understanding of media trends, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities and contacting potential clients, such as businesses and advertising agencies.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Tailored Solution Development: Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate advertising packages or campaign solutions to meet their specific marketing goals and budgets.
- Sales and Negotiation: Delivering sales presentations, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
- Campaign Management: Collaborating with internal teams, like marketing and creative departments, to ensure the seamless execution and successful delivery of ad campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and ad performance to identify new opportunities and provide clients with valuable insights.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: To effectively present solutions and build rapport with clients.
- Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: To close deals and secure profitable contracts.
- Understanding of Media and Marketing: Knowledge of various media platforms (digital, print, broadcast, out-of-home) and how to leverage them for advertising.
- Relationship-Building Abilities: To establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Analytical Skills: To analyze data, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Proactive and Independent Work Ethic: The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
