Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a creative individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, PPC, and content marketing
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and track ROI on all campaigns
  • Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing materials
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow company social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create engaging content calendars and post schedules
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Content Marketing

  • Develop content marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation
  • Create and optimize blog posts, articles, infographics, and video content
  • Collaborate with design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging

SEO & SEM

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
  • Optimize website content for search engines and user experience
  • Manage Google Ads/Meta campaigns and other paid advertising platforms
  • Monitor website analytics and search engine rankings

Email Marketing

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Build and segment email lists for targeted messaging
  • Create automated email sequences and nurture campaigns
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize open rates and conversions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly marketing reports
  • Identify trends and insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Present findings and recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related role
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a must
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead management
