**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Campaign Management**
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and track ROI on all campaigns
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights

**Social Media Marketing**
- Manage and grow company social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create engaging content calendars and post schedules
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

**Content Marketing**
- Develop content marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation
- Create and optimize blog posts, articles, infographics, and video content
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging

**SEO & SEM**
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Optimize website content for search engines and user experience
- Manage Google Ads/Meta campaigns and other paid advertising platforms
- Monitor website analytics and search engine rankings

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly marketing reports
- Identify trends and insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Present findings and recommendations to management

**Required Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related role
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a must
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead management

**Core Competencies**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales
- Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO)

**Salary**: Depends on Expertise and last drawn

**Note**: There will be 3 month probation period

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
