We are searching for an innovative, well-organized MIS executive to help us manage various operational processes and enable business to growth. You’ll be guided by our operational SOPs, methods and guidelines, which is evolving on continuous basis. For this role we need we need you to have good understanding of excel, effective communication skills both oral & written. To succeed is this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp analytical thinking.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage day to day operational processes assigned to you.
- Dashboards to track achievement against Annual operating plan
- Analyze business requirements and customer needs.
- Improve operational processes and reduce costs
- Prepare report on departmental performance to help management on decision making.
- Ensure compliances.
- Data for Senior management review
- Do extensive data analysis and portfolio analysis to track business and risk trends with objective of business growth and maintain quality of portfolio
- Co-ordinate with Product, Operations and IT team on various on going and new initiatives for the department
- Monitoring & System integration / enhancements for implementation of Sales Process
- Define Annual Operating Plan at branch and resource level inline with projected P&L
- Manage invoicing and vendors work for the business.
- Master data management

**EXPERIENCE**: 2 - 5 Years of experience in managing Business MIS, Sales Process Management. Desirable to have experience in CRM management

**EDUCATION**:Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or other related field. Master's degree preferable.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon - 122016, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
