Department: SalesPosition: Sales Executive1. Role DefinitionPrimary Role: Act as the face of the brand/company. The primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets by adhering to the organization's terms and conditions.Secondary Role: Understand client needs, engage them effectively, guide them through the app process, and resolve their queries to ensure 100% smooth client satisfaction.2. Core & Supportive Responsibilities (Deliverables)Sales & Lead ManagementConvert meetings/calls into sales by engaging leads generated through the app.Conduct test drives and personal demonstrations.Do not oversell or over-promise.Customer Service & SupportRespond to client queries within 24 hours by understanding their needs.Help clients understand app operations and solve any app-related queries.Build good professional relationships with clients and prospects.Team & AdministrationCoordinate with the finance and insurance teams/partners to ensure smooth transactions.Support the backend team with the required client and team information.Prepare daily and monthly reports for yourself and ensure the team's reports are ready to present to management.Attend internal training for professional development.Performance & TargetsAchieve monthly targets for related verticals.3. Attitudes for the RoleDrive & Motivation: A "go-getter" personality with a passion for cars and a desire to grow and expand with the company. Be assertive and competitive.Mindset: Demonstrate a positive, possibility-oriented, and powerful mindset.Emotional Intelligence: Exhibit an ego-empathy balance and a flair for meeting new people.Work Ethic: Show self-discipline, responsibility (as a self-starter), and accountability for results. A "servanthood" attitude is also essential.4. Skills for the RoleCommunication:Excellent listening, verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.Good command of English, Hindi, and regional languages.Strong presentation skills for self, the company, and the product.Problem-Solving & Management:Problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.Excellent selling, negotiation, liaison, and tie-up skills, along with networking skills.Strong relationship-building and team-building skills.Knowledge & Learning:Basic sales CRM/software knowledge.Basic industry knowledge and awareness of current market trends, with the ability to map and analyze opportunities.A continuous desire for learning (from self and others).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
