**US Healthcare Recruiter**

Below are the essentials of the Job:

- Identify and Search Healthcare Professionals in the US Market through different Sources
- Must have Sound knowledge healthcare departments (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any Position).
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
- Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
- Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittal into interview and placement
- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn, etc.)

**Salary**: ₹15,803.52 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
