**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health staff, and administrative personnel.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience as a recruiter, specifically in healthcare staffing, is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, industry trends, and qualifications required for different positions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
