**Job Description**:

- No. of positions: 1+ (for Healthcare Recruiters).
- Recruiters from other domains like Pharma, Clinical, etc please feel free to apply.
- The Healthcare/Nurse Recruiter is a key position, with the primary goal of providing Recruiting support for our various client locations across the US.
- Generate leads through sourcing initiatives, social media advertising, phone interviews, and a high-volume outbound call phone strategy.
- Establish relationships with Healthcare Providers and maintain a pipeline of providers to encourage a long-term working relationship.

Experience Required:

- 1+ Years of a proven track record in a US based Staffing Company.
- 1+ Years of experience in Healthcare Clinical and Allied staffing.
- Experience working in the Per-Diem Nursing model is a big plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
