**Position Overview**:
The Sales Executive / Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching customized IT solutions, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth. This role demands proactive lead generation, strong communication, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and field visits.
- **Client Acquisition**:
Understand client needs and pain points and convert prospects into paying customers by offering tailored ANS IT solutions.

- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
