Technical Expertise:

- Demonstrate expert knowledge and proficiency in the maintenance and operation of pumps, motors, gears, pneumatics, boilers, hydraulics, and other mechanical equipment used in leather manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment promptly to minimize downtime and production disruptions.

2. Maintenance Management:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, coordinating with the maintenance team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality and production requirements.

3. Supervision and Leadership:

- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.

4. Analytical Skills:

- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, analyze data, and optimize maintenance strategies for improved equipment reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement measures to enhance equipment performance, energy efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

5. Field Work:

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, both in the workshop and on the manufacturing floor.
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed, demonstrating technical proficiency and leadership by example.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
