**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products.
- Handle inbound calls and solve queries of clients
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and understanding of customer needs.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetic industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of empathy and customer-centric approach.
- A passion for beauty and a genuine interest in hair care products.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
