Job Role: Recruitment Specialist

Company: Asian Paints

Location: Mumbai (Santacruz)

Work From Office: 5 days WFO, Saturdays half day WFH.

Experience: 3-5 years.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Managing complete sourcing cycle to procure best talent for the company within set timelines.
- Sourcing & screening profiles through job portals, professional sites, company website, networking, employee references and vendors.
- Engaging with hiring managers to understand requirements, as needed.
- Continuously engage with all the stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to jointly take responsibility/accountability of hiring mandates.
- MIS maintenance & Data collation

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working in any industry.
- should have minimum 3-5 years of exp into recruitment.
- Average communication skills required.
