After winning the lighthouse award by World Economic Forum (WEF) and retaining our spot in exclusive “Masters” category in the 16th edition of Gartner Supply chain Top 25, we are not further upping our game by rolling out Samadhan - the automated, advanced fulfilment centers at targeted locations to reach our customers faster, with more reliability, all along with larger assortments. Samadhan is a high impact project with the focus on next day delivery, coupled with high accuracy and reliability. The digital pillar to scale this business model will be built on the synergies between core Order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management system (WMS) systems allowing us to design an “unconstrained” platform for both demand capture and fulfilment. All Samadhan sites will run on a highly modular cloud suite of tech products of which the warehouse management system (WMS) and warehouse controlling systems (WCS) will be crucial components, in addition, to enable the business objectives, robotic automations with IOT enabled devices will play a crutial role. Job Purpose: Being DevOps in nature, the role requires providing agile support to Operational Teams in terms of management of Samadhan warehouse management system : interface functionalities, gap identification and resolution. The role will be based in Bangalore, India but will have the opportunity to work with different teams and people located in various locations across India. JOB SUMMARY: - To work across Analyse, Design, Build, Test and Deploy phases with Agile framework on BAU enhancements and new initiatives- To ensure system resilience and >95% resolution rate/day of reported L1 tickets- To investigate, review and troubleshoot reported system issues under L1- Ensure all information in terms of Change/Enhancement Requests request are clearly documented, processed and executed in a timely manner- To collaborate with multiple functions to design and deliver solutions for Logistic pillar’s digital agenda- To ensure high quality in across all projects and BAU deliverables- Drive product validation: Request and test innovation across the system landscape- To actively analyze system usage and issue trends to drive continuous improvement KEY REQUIREMENTS: - Engineering Graduate (Comp/IT/EC)- Strong analytical skills- Deft knowledge of Azure, Google cloud and relevant cloud technologies- Working knowledge of last mile delivery and SAP- Functional knowledge of supply chain operations- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver strategic projects- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyse business problems and design best solutions- English fluency- Expert in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)- Knowledge of PL/SQL as well as Oracle Transport Management System knowledge, JIRA tool; would be an advantage- Ability to work in team- Real Accountability and Responsibility, Bias for Action
