**Profile: Purchase Officer**

**Job Description:

- **
- Site Requirement, Request a quote and compare quotes from various vendors.
- Process PO and WO Cheking and Approval
- Get follow-up for dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors. Invoices
- Solve invoice Queries
- Create a Purchase order and work order for the crane and consumables.
- Develop a new vendor.
- Followup for payment from Accounts
- Monthly costing of Work orders and Purchase orders
- Maintain Crane's Hiring records.
- Maintain a record of material Sent on site.
- Coordinate with the person in charge On site.
- All Invoices follow-up with the site in charge.
- Checking material in HO and sending Courier by Site
- On-Account Payment and Against PI: Followup by Vendors for Original Invoices and Submit to A/C Dept.
- Invoice Check and Approval
- Make a delivery challan and an invoice challan.
- Making the Eway Bill
- Structure Material Supply Working

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
