**Location**: Mumbai

**We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You would be**:

- Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals
- Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team
- Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance.
- 24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included)

**Requirements**:

- Freshers / IATA degree or diploma in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Good attention to detail
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
