JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipping solutions.
- Monitor and analyze client activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide clients with regular updates on shipping statuses, new services, and market trends.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to inform service improvements and innovations.
- Prepare and present reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and potential risks to management.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention strategies.Top of Form

SKILL REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
