**Job Title**: Quality Control Chemist

**Industry**: Welding Electrodes / Steel
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2 to 5 years
**Qualification**: B.Sc. in Chemistry (minimum)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **routine testing of welding electrodes** and raw materials for quality parameters.
- Monitor and ensure **compliance with quality standards** set by internal and external regulatory bodies.
- Maintain **accurate records and test reports** as required by approval departments (e.g., BIS, ISO, or customer audits).
- Track and document **approvals and certifications** for products.
- Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for **process improvements** based on test findings.
- Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated regularly.
- Assist in preparing **compliance documentation and audit support materials**.
- B.Sc. in Chemistry is **mandatory**.
- 2 to 5 years of **relevant experience** in quality control, preferably in welding electrodes, steel, or allied industries.
- Working knowledge of **analytical methods** used in electrode or metal testing.
- Familiarity with **industry standards and quality systems** (e.g., BIS specifications).
- Good record-keeping, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Residence in or willingness to commute from Kengeri, Vijayanagar, Bidadi, or nearby areas.
