**Job Title**: Domestic Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the domestic market.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding, promotions, and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting goals and performance benchmarks.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in domestic sales, preferably in the **Rice, Grain or Agriculture sector.**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
