**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Design, customize, and sell travel itineraries/packages as per client requirements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of at least **5+ key destinations** including **Vietnam, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, and Dubai**.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective conversion and up selling.
- Build strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum **1-5 years of experience** in selling holiday packages (domestic & international).
- Strong destination knowledge of **Singapore, Vietnam, Bali, Thailand, and Dubai**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in itinerary building, costing, and preparing quotations.
- Hands-on experience with travel CRM/booking systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel.
