**Organization**:Metals- Overall responsible for Procurement department
- Managing the procurement of Engineering items/Consumables/Spares & Packaging materials (Local & Import), etc.
- Managing all services requirement related to plant
- Handling with CHA, FF, & Transporter etc
- To source, negotiate and purchase of materials/Packaging materials etc
- Process RFQ, Comparative statement, NFA and purchase orders for supplies
- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications as per purchase request
- Follow up for Materials delivery
- Resolve supplier, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them
- MIS Reporting/IMS documentations/Audit, etc.
- Co-ordination with internal/external customers/vendors

**Qualifications**:
Under Graduate

**Minimum Experience Level**:
4-6 Years
