About the Role: We are seeking a Telecaller to handle only incoming leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.). Your role is to follow up, explain the course, and assist in enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with warm leads from digital platforms—no cold calling
- Explain course details, batch timing, and fee structure clearly.
- Assist students in completing registration and payment.
- Update lead status and maintain follow-up logs using Excel/CRM.
- Share batch info and admission cards via WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking style.
- Experience with digital lead handling is an added advantage.
