We are looking for a **dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual** to join our team as **Secretary to the Registrar Office**, ensuring efficient and professional administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Registrar Office.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and handle confidential documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting reports, correspondence, and maintaining records systematically.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline (or) A degree in **Business Administration, Management, or related fields** will be an added advantage.
- **Outstanding academic records** with a proven ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative tools.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role in the Medical College is desirable but not essential.
