**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities : Administrative Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Take accurate messages and relay them promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems and records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure smooth and efficient flow of information within the office
- Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory levels

**External Coordination**:

- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Handle procurement and follow-up on orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Support office operations by performing necessary errands outside the office when required
- Maintain a good working relationship with external contacts, ensuring reliability and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,etc..) and general office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional attitude and appearance

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with vendor or procurement management
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or office budgeting processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
