**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and prospect potential clients, partners, and market opportunities in the real estate sector.
- **Client Relationship Management** Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to shape business strategies.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Present property listings and services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Partnership Development**: Forge strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, financial institutions, and other industry stakeholders.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- **Client Feedback & Reporting**: Collect feedback from clients, analyze market conditions, and provide detailed reports to management.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the brand.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate (preferably 1-8 years).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (a plus).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in residential or commercial real estate development and sales.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Previous experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment.
