**Designation**:Field Sales Executive

**Purpose of the Role**:

- Achieve lasting customer success and higher profitability.
- Leverage company’s strength to create client campaigns that provide maximum benefits with cost-effective investments.
- Drive sales and increase client acquisition, thereby generating revenue for our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit commercial establishments within the allocated area.
- Present the business offering and explain the benefits of the our brand to prospective clients.
- Provide demos and explain the advantages and features of our services.
- Collect qualitative business information from the businesses you visit and explain how it will be represented to our users.
- Explain the contract details, including features, tenure, and terms and conditions, to customers in detail.
- Answer customer queries and address any concerns they may have.
- Persuade business owners/managers to register with company as paid customers to enhance their business presence.
- Upload geo-coded photos to update profiles on the company's database.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Send Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) reports to reporting managers daily.
- Submit contracts to the office with proper documentation.

Ensure the contract cheque is cleared and the client's account is activated within Justdial.
- Adhere to compliance and departmental policies.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English, Hindi, or any other regional language.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to explain our services.
- Ability to understand and address client queries and doubts effectively.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and directions.

**Locations**:

- Ludhiana, Chandigarh
- **Compensation**:

- CTC: ₹2.76 LPA / ₹3 LPA per annum + incentives + medical insurance

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
