Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Phynart Experience Center, Phoenix Market city, Viman Nagar

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Associate at comapny Experience Center, you will play a pivotal role in

delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. With a minimum

of 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, you will engage with

customers, provide product guidance, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Additionally, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and upholding the highest

standards of professionalism and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to customers.
- Doing Site Visits of interested clients and offering need based solutions
- Close sales transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream. Additional education or training in sales or customer

service is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Expected DOJ : Not later than 02-01-2025

CTC : INR 3.00LPA to INR 4.00LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
