**Roles and Responsibilities**:
We are hiring a total of 11 growth managers and 11 growth interns. As a growth intern, you will be working along with a growth manager and will be assigned an industry from the following: Hospitality, D2C & Ecommerce, Startup & Tech, Web3, Fashion & Beauty, Corporates, B2B, Content Creation & Media, Health & Wellness, Education, Real Estate Industries.

Each growth intern will have the following responsibilities;
Recruiting Talent
- Identifying the right packages for your Industry along with the growth managers.
- Reaching out to relevant talent for your Industry.
- Document the talent leads as per the instructions given to you in your SOP.
- Assist the Head of Recruitment and growth managers to onboard the talent onto the platform.

Client Acquisition
- Reaching out to potential clients and documenting the reachouts.
- Documenting communicating with leads.
- Forwarding the leads to growth managers or head of business development as needed.

**Skills Needed**:

- Someone with a natural aptitude for business development and sales
- Extremely good communication skills.
