Job Title: Customer Service Representative (UK Voice Process)
Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers primarily located in the UK through inbound and outbound calls.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product or service-related queries.
Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver timely and accurate responses.
Process Adherence:
Adhere to predefined processes and procedures while handling customer interactions.
Follow quality standards and compliance guidelines to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed.
Proactively seek solutions to customer concerns, demonstrating problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
Product Knowledge:
Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and offerings.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their overall experience.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Generate reports and provide insights on customer feedback, trends, and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to address customer needs effectively.
Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
