**Job Overview**:
We are hiring for customer service professionals to join our Voice Process team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their queries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Troubleshoot service-related concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Fresher to 1 year of experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- US shift

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
