Customer Service Representative – International Voice Process (Night Shift)

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

Process: Blended – 90% Voice & 10% Email/Chat

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain excellent communication standards across all channels.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Follow company procedures for escalation and service level adherence.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a US Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
  • Good at multitasking and managing multiple communication channels.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the insurance or international BPO sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
