**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
- Comfortable in generating leads over the phone through cold calls.
- Generating need of financial products in prospects of personal loans.
- Responsible for collecting all required documents from the customer, verifying and validating the documents and KYC of the customer and overlook the entire journey till disbursement.
- Maintain courteous contact with existing clients over phone calls.
- Supporting in a range of financial products (Unsecured Loan/Personal Loans) over the calls.
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English & Hindi language.
- 2 - 5 years of proven experience in handling team of inside sales/ telesales/ telemarketing.
- Should be Confident & Dynamic.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Quick understanding.
- Flexible and have “Can Do approach”
- Pro-active and ready to take initiative.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
