**About the Role**:
The role would involve overseeing and managing the financial planning & analysis vertical, analyzing financial data to provide business insights to management & other relevant stakeholders, developing financial strategies & ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires a strategic financial leader with deep understanding of financial analysis & forecasting, financial management, building and measuring business metrics, stakeholder management, knowledge of latest financial tools & technologies to support business growth and track financial health.- Experience Range:

- Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM CA
- Job Responsibilities:
**Detailed Role & Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Financial Planning**:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, including the development of detailed financial plans, forecasts and long term financial models
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and refine financial strategies that align with company objectives
- ** Financial Analysis & forecasting**:

- Provide in depth analysis of financial results, identifying key trends & business metrics, risk and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives
- Must be familiar with building financial models for M&A strategies
- Must be familiar with IND AS and Indian GAAP while building financial models and forecasts
- ** Management Reporting**:

- Prepare and present financial financial reports to senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Building and publishing financial forecasts on a regular basis
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance against budget and forecast
- ** Cross functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Partner with other functions like Sales, Marketing Product, Technology, Operations, CEO’s office, etc. to provide financial guidance and support
- Support during M&A and fundraise activities like data room management, document negotiations, valuations, investor communications, project management, etc.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Set goals and objective for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
- ** Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement best practices financial planning, analysis and reporting
- ** Compliance and risk management**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Identify and manage financial risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed
- Skills Required:
Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Planning, Analytical Skills,

- Are a Chartered Accountant, CFA or MBA
- 6-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience
- Proficient in advanced analytical tools data visualization tools,, software and ERP systems
- Highly adaptive and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Tech savvy, Business oriented, Problem solving & Growth mindset.
- Must be familiar with IND AS, Indian GAAP, Companies Act, Taxation, FEMA, Forex & Treasury
