What You'll Do


• Research & Create
: Build high-quality content for NFP programs (courses, workshops, conferences, Pro tools).


• Co-create with Leaders
: Collaborate with senior industry experts to turn know-how into structured learning.


• Host & Moderate
: Run live sessions, webinars, and cohort courses; ensure great learner experience.


• Assess for Mastery
: Design quizzes, tests, case studies, and rubrics.


• Build Tools
: Create practical templates, calculators, and checklists for advisors.


• Ship with Quality
: Work with design/ops to publish on time with zero defects.

What Success looks like (first 3 months)


•
Ship One course/modules with learner ratings ≥ 4.5/5


•
Publish 6–8 tools/templates with documented use-cases


•
Create question banks (100+ items) aligned to learning outcomes


•
Run live sessions with on-time starts & strong engagement

Strong grasp of 
personal finance
 (products, suitability, regulations, ethics)


• Research + Instructional
 skills (structure, clarity, examples, assessment)

Working fluency in 
Excel/Google Sheets
 and 
AI tools
 (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)

Clear 
communication
 (written & on-camera) and comfort with hosting sessions


• Learning mindset

Nice to have:
 QPFP/CFP, RIA/MFD background, curriculum design, webinar moderation, basic video editing/canva, LMS familiarity.
