Making New Client. New Approach, Daily communication with regular clients
- Customer retention: Proactively engage with customers to build loyalty and enhance retention
- Customer feedback: Gather customer feedback and share it with product development, sales, and marketing teams
- Technical issues: Analyze and report product malfunctions, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- New features: Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Training: Train junior customer service representatives
- Teamwork: Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Customer complaints: Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Customer satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied so they are more likely to come back
- Company image: Build a positive image of the company by helping customers

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer relationship management: 2 years (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
