**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
Facilitate the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.
Provide regular progress reports to the manager, sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process.
Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
Team handling experience is an added advantage.
Hands on experience on Job portals like: Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Shine Etc.

**Qualification and Skills**:
**Experience: 4 Years to 10 Years**

Proven experience as a Technical/ IT recruiter, with a focus on IT positions.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
