As a Villa Rental Sales Person at LimeStays, your primary responsibility will be to convert incoming queries from potential guests into confirmed bookings. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your passion for travel and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Convert Incoming Queries**:
- Provide detailed information about our villa offerings, including availability, pricing, amenities, and booking procedures.
- Listen attentively to guest preferences and requirements, offering tailored recommendations to meet their needs and preferences.
- Close sales efficiently by guiding guests through the booking process and securing reservations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Offer exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by guests promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding their expectations.
- Provide assistance with additional services or special requests to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat bookings.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of all guest interactions, including inquiries, reservations, and follow-up communications, using CRM software or other designated systems.
- Generate reports as needed to track sales performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address guest needs effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
