**Position**:Maintenance In-Charge**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Alternatively, a diploma or technical certification in maintenance management may also be acceptable, along with significant experience.
- **Experience**: At least **5-7 years** of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including technicians, electricians, and engineers.
- Ensure that team members are adequately trained, well-equipped, and follow safety protocols.
- Schedule work shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance**:

- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and systems to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
- Ensure that repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently when breakdowns occur.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and oversee repair solutions.
- **Budgeting and Resource Management**:

- Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective repairs and replacements.
- Procure necessary tools, parts, and materials required for maintenance work.
- Ensure proper inventory control and ordering of spare parts.
- **Facility and Equipment Monitoring**:

- Monitor the operational efficiency of all systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, machinery, and equipment to identify potential issues or improvements.
- Keep records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment status, and repair history.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations during maintenance operations.
- Implement safety procedures and protocols to safeguard workers and the workplace.
- Conduct regular safety training and ensure all staff members are aware of potential hazards.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**:

- Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions and determine the root cause.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to the maintenance team in resolving challenging issues.
- Implement continuous improvement programs for equipment and system performance.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment upgrades.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports for upper management, highlighting key issues and resolutions.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external auditing requirements.
- **Vendor and Contractor Management**:

- Oversee external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractors).
- Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure service agreements are met on time and within budget.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the installation, upgrade, or modification of equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with other departments and management to plan and execute maintenance projects.

Pay: ₹10,536.35 - ₹27,000.00 per month
