**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating between cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track project progress
- Monitor project performance and report updates to management
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date
- Identify and address risks or delays proactively

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (if applicable)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- PMP/CAPM certification (a plus but not required)
