**responsible for approaching potential clients, offering advice, helping hesitant customers make a decision, closing sales, preventing store thefts, and reporting to upper management**.

Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered
communication skills to existing and prospective customers.

As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will **build customer confidence, provide**
**accurate information, and promote products through point of successful**
**sale**. You will be responsible for establishing professional, yet personalized
rapport with each customer in order to close sales and provide the best
customer experience.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Jewelry sales: 2 years (required)
- Retail sales: 4 years (required)
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
